WBJEE 2024: Counselling Schedule Announced; First Round Begins July 10

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) has announced the counselling schedule for admissions to engineering and architecture colleges in the state. Students can check the schedule on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. The WBJEE 2024 notification also states that the schedule may be subject to changes under unavoidable circumstances.

As per the WBJEE 2024 schedule, the registration, fee payment, and choice-filling process will commence on July 10 on the official website. Only candidates who cleared WBJEE 2024 are eligible to participate in the counselling.

- Modification and locking of choices: By July 16

- Round one seat allotment result: July 17

- Payment of seat acceptance fee, document verification, and admission: July 19 to July 24

- Round two seat allotment result: July 26

- Payment of seat acceptance fee, document verification, and admission: July 26 to July 29

- Registration for mop-up round, payment of registration fees, and choice filling: July 30 to August 1

- Modification and locking of choices: By August 1

- Mop-up round seat allotment result: August 3

- Payment of seat acceptance fee, document verification, and admission for fresh allottees: August 3 to August 5

The WBJEE counselling process involves several stages, including registration, choice filling for colleges and courses, choice locking, seat allotment, and document verification.
