The state government has been ordered by the Uttarakhand High Court to issue a call for bids in order to finish the basic infrastructure at the Nanhi Pari Seemant Engineering College in Pithoragarh and begin holding regular sessions there.
These directives were given on Tuesday by a division bench consisting of Justice Rakesh Thapliyal and Chief Justice Ritu Bahri.
