UPSC declared timetable for IFS Main examination

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the timetable for the Indian Forest Service (IFS) main examination 2024. Aspiring candidates can access the timetable by visiting the official website at upsc.gov.in

According to the schedule released, the UPSC IFS Mains will be held from November 24, 2024 till December 1, 2024. The exam shall be conducted in two sessions, first in the morning from 9 am to 12 pm and second in the afternoon from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Candidates to note that no exam shall be held on November 25, 2024 as stated in schedule.

UPSC announced the results of Indian Forest Service prelims on July 1 and the written exam result on July 19, 2024. With its registrations began from February 14 and ended on March 5, 2024. The exam was conducted on May 26, 2024.

Candidates who cleared the exam will have to apply for Detailed Application Form-1 (DAF-1) for the IFS Main examination, the form was available on the website from August 27 to September 5, 2024 till 6 pm. Candidates who cleared this exam shall proceed to the personal interview round.
