The UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 is scheduled to take place from tomorrow onwards.
The UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 is scheduled to take place on August 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 at 67 centre’s across the state. The examination will be held in two shifts: the first from 10 am to 12 pm and the second from 3 pm to 5 pm.
It’s expected that over 40 lakh students will participate in this anticipated recruitment drive. The UP Police Constable Recruitment 2024 drive offering 60,244 vacancies. Around 24,102 positions for unreserve categories, 6,024 for EWS, 12,650 for SC, 1,024 for ST AND 16,264 for OBC.
Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre 2 hours before the exam begins. The entry gate will close 30 minutes before the exam ad no entry shall be permitted afterwards.
Candidates who did not provide their Aadhar number in the application form must reach the exam centre 2 hours early for verification to be completed within the allotted time.
All candidates must bring the issued admit card by the board, along with an identification proof (e-Aadhar, driving license, passport) and a black or blue ballpoint pen.
The Board has implemented technical measures to detect any individual attempting to take the examination on behalf of a candidate. Strict action will be taken against such individuals and the candidates involved.
Candidates are prohibited to bring these items at the exam centre: any printed or written material, calculators, plastic pouches, pencil boxes, pen drives, erasers, credit/debit cards, copies, electronic pen/scanners, digital pens, mobile phones, cameras, keys, jewellery, watches, smart watches, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, wallets/purses, sunglasses and handbags.
