National Testing Agency will release the UGC NET result soon on the official website at the official website of NTA at ugcnet.ac.in. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for any updates and information.

The UGC NET is held twice a year, in online mode. The duration of the exam is 3 hours. It consists of two papers: Paper 1, which is worth 100 marks and includes 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and paper 2, which is around 200 marks and includes 100 MCQs. The correct answer gets the candidate 2 marks however there is no negative marking for the incorrect answer. The provisional answer keys have already been released by NTA on their official website.
Candidates were allowed to raise objections on provisional answer key by paying a fee of Rs 200. The final result will be declared using the final answer key and no individual notifications will be sent to any candidates regarding their objections raised on the answer key.
The UGC NET June examination was held from August 21 to September 4, 2024. It was organized in two shifts, the first shift started from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.
