The CAT 2024 timetable is now available; see more

The Common Admission Test 2024 (CAT 2024) schedule has been made public.

The application period will open on August 2 at 10 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. on September 13. On November 24, the computer-based test (CBT) version of the exam will take place. Interested candidates may apply at iimcat.ac.in, the official website.

The second week of January 2025 is when the findings are anticipated to be made public.

Qualification Standards

General Category: Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA that is equal to or greater than 50%.

SC/ST/PwD Categories: Bachelor's degree with at least 45% of the possible points.

FEES FOR REGISTRATION

Categories for SC, ST, and PWD: Rs 1,250

For every other applicant: Rs 2,500.

TESTING CENTERS

CAT 2024 is scheduled to take place in about 170 cities. Up to five selected test cities are available to candidates. The CAT authorities reserve the right to modify the list of test cities.

Concerning Cat 2024

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) administer the Common Admission Test to candidates seeking admission to their Fellow/Doctorate programs and other postgraduate courses.

A list of non-IIM member institutions that will accept CAT 2024 scores can be found on the official website. It is noteworthy that the selection procedure for non-IIM colleges is not conducted by the IIMs.
