Closure Details

District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma announced that educational institutions across Gautam Buddh Nagar will be closed on Friday, while they will resume normal operations on Saturday. Additionally, factories and industries have been instructed to grant paid leave to workers on Friday to ensure they have the opportunity to cast their votes without hindrance.

The administration's decision to close schools, colleges, and provide paid leave to workers underscores a concerted effort to boost voter turnout.
