Results for DU PG 2024 round 2 seat distribution are out

On July 2, Delhi University announced the results of the second round of postgraduate (PG) seat allocation. The seat allocation result for round two can be downloaded by candidates who have enrolled for the counseling procedure by going to the official websites, admission.uod.ac.in or pgadmission.uod.ac.in.

To view the DU PG round 2 seat allotment result 2024, candidates must provide their date of birth and CUET 2024 registration number.

The institution released data showing that 3,833 new allocations were made in round 2 out of a total of 5,415 allocations against PG admission. In the first round, 3,436 applicants chose to freeze, while 1,386 candidates received upgraded seats. 1,914 candidates accepted their seats up until 5:25 p.m. on July 2.

The application must be verified and approved by the department, center, or college by July 8th. In order to secure the candidate seat, the first CSAS PG round fee payment needs to be made by July 9 at 4:59 p.m.

DU PG 2024 Results: How to check

Step 1: Go to the official website – admission.uod.ac.in

Step 2:  Select the link for the Round 1 CSAS result, under the “PG Admission 2024-2025” section, on the home page.

Step 3: Next tab, log in using the necessary credentials in the designated field – CUET application number, date of birth.

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen.

Candidates will have the choice to "freeze" or "upgrade" their assigned seat in the seat allocation results.

The sole option available to a candidate who receives their first preference in the allocation result is to freeze the seat. They won't be thought of as qualified for a subsequent round.

Interested candidates may wait for the results of subsequent rounds if they were not given a seat or upgraded choice in the initial allotment result. These are the dates for the upcoming CUET PG 2024 rounds.
