The self-reporting feature is now available to qualified students via the official website, bbabcacap24.mahacet.org. Before this, the MAH CET CAP 1 choice filling period started on September 23 and had a deadline of September 25. After that, on September 28, the provisional allotment for MAH CET CAP round 1 was displayed. Students have been provided the timespan from September 29 till October 1 (3 pm) to accept the offered/ allotted seat.

At this time, the institute will also make sure the necessary paperwork is in order, post the candidate's admissions to the online system through an institute login, and promptly provide the candidate with a system-generated receipt verifying their admission and payment of the application cost. If it is discovered that the seat a candidate was given was based on fraudulent promises they made in their applications, the institute will not admit the candidate, and the candidate will file a grievance using their login.

The official notification stated, candidates from Maharashtra state only who fall under any of the following reserved backward class categories: SC, ST, VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, SEBC, and EWS; and persons with disabilities must pay an application fee of Rs 800. There is an application fee of Rs 1000 for general category students from Maharashtra state, outside Maharashtra state, migrants from J&K, and children of Indian workers in the Gulf. For foreign nationals, PIOs, NRIs, and OCIs, the application fee is Rs 5000.

A transparent and accurate admissions process is made possible by the self-reporting facility. It is imperative that students fulfill all criteria within the designated timeframe in order to properly secure their seats.
