The online application processes of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for undergraduate and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programmes 2024-25 academic year closes today, August 12, 2024. The eligibility criteria for BA and BSc programs are applicants must have completed their higher secondary education or an equivalent examination from a recognised board, achieving minimum of 45 percent marks. The admission process is primarily merit-based, using CUET (UG) scores. For COP courses, the eligibility criteria are similar to BA and BSc programs, requiring minimum of 45 percent marks in class 12. The admission is merit based, with selection solely determined by candidate’s performance in the Computer Bases Test (CBT).

According to the e-prospects available on the JNU website, admissions to BA (Honours) in foreign languages, BSc in Ayurveda Biology and COP programmes will be based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduates, administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

The registration process for online admission to JNU undergraduate courses and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programs is open until today, August 12, 2024 until 11: 50 pm for the upcoming academic session.
