The deadline for online registration for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2025 has been extended by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) once more. According to the most recent notification, October 7, 2024 is the new deadline. Before the application period closes, interested and qualified students may submit their forms via cbseitms.rcil.gov.in, the official website.
Students must use their login credentials, which include their registration number, birthdate, and other information on the login page, in order to apply for the JNVST entrance exam. Applicants can ensure timely submission of their application forms by following the guidelines provided below.
Admission to JNVST 2025 class 6: How to register?
- Go to navodaya.gov.in or cbseitms.rcil.gov.in, the official websites.
- Click the 'JNVST 2025 class 6 registration' link.
- Before completing the online application, please register.
- After registering successfully, continue by completing the application.
- Pay the application cost, upload your papers, and submit
- For your records, print off the confirmation paper.
Before beginning to fill out the application, have the following scanned copies ready in JPG format only.
- Signature of the candidate. (Signature sizes should range from 10 to 100 kb.)
- Parent's signature. (Size of signature should be between 10-100 kb.)
- The picture of the candidate. (The image's size should be between 10 and 100 kb.)
- Certificate attested to by the headmaster and signed by the candidate's father. (The image's size should be between 50 and 300 kb.)
- The parent's certificate of residence issued by a government authority with the necessary authority if the applicant lacks an Aadhaar number.
Exam Date
On January 18, 2025, and April 12, 2025, there will be two phases of the JNVST 2025. While the April 12 exam is reserved for specific regions, including Jammu and Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and West Bengal, the January 18 exam will include the majority of states and union territories. There will be 80 questions in the admission exam, worth 100 points in total.
