Indian Bank opens application for 300 Local officers post

The Indian bank has opened applications for 300 local bank officers (LBO) scale-1 posts. Interested candidates can apply at the official website. indianbank. in. The forms can be availed starting on August 13, 20204. The deadline for submitting the online application is September 2, 2024.

Selection process

The candidates have to qualify for the following levels

Written Exam, consisting of 200 marks 

Interview is for 100 marks

Document verification and medical examination 

As per the vacancies available across the different categories, ST, SC, OBC, and General the candidate will be recruited. 

Application Fee

The application fee varies for different categories. For SC, ST, and PwD the fee is Rs175 and for other categories, it is Rs 1000. 

Age Limit 

The candidate must be within the age range of 20 to 30 years old by July 1, 2024. Relaxation in age depends on the government norms.

Scheduled Castes(SC) :  44

Scheduled Tribes(ST) :  21

Other Backward Classes (OBC):  79

Karnataka:  35 posts

Andhra Pradesh: 50 posts 

Maharashtra:  40 posts

Gujarat:  15 posts
