IIT Bombay Student shares his experience in this top institution

After the Post Graduate Admission session, an interesting tweet grabbed social media users’ attention. A Student who recently enrolled in the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay shared his experience. He tweeted about the benefits of studying at India's prestigious institution.

Vijendra Kumar Vaishya, a master's student in computer science, wrote a thread on X, calling the institute a "tech nerd's paradise."

Vaishya shared his admiration for the "amazing" lab facilities and the Computer Science department. He highlighted the collaborative culture, where students are often seen working on their laptops, fostering a tech-driven learning environment.

His post went viral within a short period of time. It was instantly relatable with many in the tech community. He shared after a month at IIT Bombay, he is living his dream college life, making friends, forming connections, and enjoying himself. He also mentioned about how IIT Bombay does not impose dorm restrictions, meaning there are no curfews, even for female students.

And even after all the facilities and comfort, he claims to spend his night in the computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department instead of returning to his dorm.
He specified about the various amenities, including gym, hospital, tennis courts and a swimming pool that are offered by the IIT Bombay "If you're not studying, you're either working out or swimming," he remarked. He likened the campus to a massive study hub and noted that he resides in Hostel 17

No wonder IIT Bombay is known and liked institute. It bagged the third position in overall category and top position in innovation category of NIRF rankings 2024.  These are prestigious autonomous public research universities in India, known for their rigorous academic standards and contributions to science and technology. IITs are highly selective and offer undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various fields of engineering, science, and management.
