IIM Indore announces programme in business management

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has announced a executive programme in Business Management. The business field requires leaders who are well-versed with emerging technologies, uncertainty and strategic decision-making.

As per a report by World Economic forum, around 85% organisations understand the adoption of new technologies and digital access. The report further mentions about the rising emphasis on workforce development as a shared responsibility among employees and management together. The data is a proof, the industry requires leaders who can approach business concerns with a 360-degree view. The one who can balance between long-term and short-term goals.

The duration of the course is 10 months, it will focus on growth mindset, the learning cycle. The programme is for the early managers, team leaders who aim to develop a holistic view of business management. In addition, for entrepreneurs and consultants who are looking to upskill their critical managements skills.

The course shall offer live online sessions. It will be led by IIMI real-world case studies for practical insights. Moreover, a two-day immersion at IIM Indore will also me included. Other components include practical insights, peer learning and multi-modular curriculum. The course will have concepts of foundations of management, financial management, operations and supply chain management, and people management, among others.

The programme will commence from December 30,2024. The fee cost is Rs 2,35,000 plus GST. Upon completion of the programme successfully and maintaining a record of 75 percent, the participants will receive a certificate of completion from IIM Indore. Also, they will get an opportunity to gain the IIM Indore executive education alumni status.
