The exam schedule for the January 2025 ICAI CA was released today by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The official ICAI website, icai.org, has the comprehensive exam schedule.
Exams for the Foundation course will take place on January 12, 14, 16, and 18, 2025, according to the official timetable. Exams for the Intermediate course will be held on January 11, 13, and 15 for Group I and January 17, 19 and 21 for Group II. All days from 2 to 4 pm will be the hours for Paper I and II of the Foundation course, and Papers 3 and 4 from 2 to 5 pm. The hours for all papers in the Intermediate level will be 2 to 5 p.m. every day. Although there will be no advance reading time for Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination, there will be a 15-minute advance reading period from 1:45 to 2 pm for all other papers/exams stated above.
The online application period for the examination will open on November 10 and close on November 23 (without late fees). The start time of the examinations at the Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Muscat centers is 12:30 pm, or 2 PM (IST) local time in those locations. The exam will start at 11:30 am, or 2 PM (IST) local time in Bahrain, Doha, and Kuwait. This is the time that the exams will begin in these locations. The start of the exam in the Kathmandu (Nepal) Center is scheduled for 2:15 pm Nepal local time, which is equivalent to 2 pm (IST).
