The openings will be filled during the following three months. Candidates who have passed the Teacher Aptitude Test (TAT), which is required for teaching positions in secondary and higher secondary institutions, will be given priority in the recruiting process.

The indicated that 7,500 teachers will be permanently hired in secondary and higher secondary government and grant-in-aid schools over the next three months, emphasizing the emphasis on merit-based selections for grant-in-aid schools. This includes 3,500 TAT-qualified candidates for secondary schools and 4,000 for upper secondary institutions.

"These unemployed teenagers have demanded jobs, but the government has never listened. They assembled in Gandhinagar to make their demand. If the government so desires, it may provide them with permanent employment. If their demands are not met, we will deepen the agitation.
