Registration for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) will close tomorrow, October 22. Students who have not yet completed the form are urged to do so by going to consortiumofnlus.ac.in, the official website, and filling it out. Nevertheless, October 25 (11:59 pm) is the deadline for changing the test location options listed on the application form. The deadline was originally set for October 15.

December 1 is the date of CLAT 2025. For both undergraduate and graduate programs, the online application cost is Rs 4000 for general candidates and Rs 3500 for candidates from BPL, SC, ST, and PwD categories. There is no reimbursement for the application cost.

CLAT 2025: How to apply?
Step 1: Login into consortiumofnlus.ac.in, the CLAT 2025 official website.
Step 2: To register, click the application link.
Step 3: Register and use the generated credentials to log in once again.
Step 4: Complete the application and attach the necessary files.
Step 5: Fill out the application and pay the CLAT fee. Save the form to your computer for later use.

CLAT 2025 eligibility criteria
The following are requirements for eligibility in the undergraduate program (five-year integrated law degree):
Candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent exam with 45% of the possible points or its equivalent grade, or 40% of the possible points or its equivalent for candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD).

Applicants may also appear if they plan to take the qualifying exam in March or April of 2025.

Eligibility criteria for the post-graduate programme (one year LLM degree):
Applicants must hold an LLB degree or have passed an equivalent test with 45% of the possible points, or a grade equivalent, or 40% of the possible points, if they belong to one of the following categories: Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Person with Disabilities (PwD).

Applicants may also appear if they plan to take the qualifying exam in April or May of 2025.
