The Indian Penal Code (IPC) is replaced by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) by the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and the Indian Evidence Act (IEA) by the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA).
This reform attempts to bring the judicial system up to date by tackling economic offenses, technical developments, and organized crime. On the official ICSI website, interested and qualified individuals can obtain comprehensive information and submit an online application.
