AP PECET 2024 Enrolment Closes Today and Other Details

Today, June 7, is the last day to register for the Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (AP PECET) 2024, according to the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). By paying a Rs 500 late fee, applicants who have not yet finished their registration still have the opportunity to do so. On June 25, the AP PECET 2024 physical efficiency and game skill examinations are expected to start.

 Details of Last-Minute Registration

Candidates can register for the AP PECET 2024 by going to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, the official website.

Candidates must pay an application fee (which varies depending on their category) during the registration process:

- Category not reserved: Rs 900.

- Rs. 800 for the Backward Class (BC) category.

- Categories for Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC): Rs 700.

 Option for Late Registration

There is an extended registration period available until June 14 for individuals who miss the first registration deadline of today. Nevertheless, in addition to the standard application price, applicants will also be required to pay an extra Rs 1,000 late fee. With this extension, candidates will have one more chance to guarantee their spot in the AP PECET 2024.

 Corrections to Applications and Release of Hall Tickets

If you applied for AP PECET, you can fix any mistakes in your application between June 15-16. Download your hall ticket on June 20 - you'll need it for the exams. Exams are starting June 25. Results are expected about a week after the last exam.

 Requirements for Physical Efficiency and Skill Testing

Physical efficiency and skill assessments are part of the AP PECET 2024, and each exam is worth up to 100 marks. The purpose of the exams is to evaluate each candidate's athletic prowess and physical attributes. The specific test requirements are as follows:

For Men: 100 m run, 800 m run, Putting the shot (6 Kgs), Long jump or high jump (Candidates must choose one and indicate their choice in the application).

For Women: 100 m run, 400 m run, Putting the shot (4 kgs), Long jump or high jump (Candidates must choose one and indicate their choice in the application).
