Andhra Government started recruitment drive for teachers

The Andhra Pradesh government has recently issued an order (GO) to begin the process of recruiting 16,347 government teachers, with the goal of completing the process by the end of 2024.

The Mega DSC (District Selection Committee) - 2024 will be overseen by the Commissioner of School Education, who will ensure that teaching posts are filled by December 31, 2024. The government hereby decides to fill (16,347) teacher jobs in School Education and other line departments dealing with education through Mega DSC-2024.

As his inaugural move, he fulfilled a campaign goal by supporting the recruitment of 16,347 government teachers. In addition to this big step, Naidu approved several other projects that corresponded with his political promises, such as improvements to welfare pensions and other key measures.

Welfare pensions for eligible individuals have been enhanced to Rs 4,000 per month. Furthermore, he claimed that each beneficiary will receive Rs 7,000 in welfare pension on July 1, which included Rs 1,000 for each month from April to June, in addition to the increased Rs 4,000 pension sum. The government intends to continue with the volunteer system, subject to review and improvement. Furthermore, he stated that the government intends to publish department-specific white papers to provide extensive information and transparency about its activities.
