The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 qualifying requirements have been updated by the National Law University (NLU) in Delhi. The percentage of students who meet the qualifying requirements for the one-year non-residential LLM programme and the dual master's/LLM programme in intellectual property (IP) law and management have decreased.

The revised AILET 2025 eligibility criteria for admission to the one-year, non-residential LLM program are as follows: 50 per cent of the total points for the LLB or an equivalent legal degree. The minimal pass percentage required for pupils who are SC, ST, or disabled would be 45 per cent. In the past, students in the UR group received 55% of the marks, while those in the reserved categories received 50%. An applicant must have earned an LLB or an equivalent degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% of the possible points in order to be considered for the master of law (LLM) program in intellectual property law and management. Candidates may apply for AILET 2025 if they plan to sit for the final year LLB annual test in 2025.
NLU Delhi stated that the other qualifying requirements for admission to the LLM programs will not change in addition to announcing the updated requirements. AILET 2025 applications opened on August 1 and will be accepted through November 18. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can apply at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in for the AILET 2025 for the BA LLb (Hons), BCom LLb (Hons), LLM, and PhD programs.
