Additionally, under the Supernumerary Quota (SNQ) category, 5 percent of seats in each course are reserved for financially disadvantaged but deserving students whose parents' annual income is less than Rs. 4.5 lakhs. Candidates who have completed the ITI are eligible for admission to the third semester diploma under the lateral entry scheme, which fills 20% of the intake capacity seats.
