Symbiosis International (Deemed University), is a multi-campus private deemed university located in the city of Pune, India established in 1971. The university has more than 41 academic institutions spread over various campuses in Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida. Internationally, Symbiosis International University was ranked 351–400 in Asia by the QS World University Rankings of 2023. the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranked Symbiosis 38th among universities in 2021 and 68th overall. Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP Test) is the gateway for Post Graduate Programmes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). A candidate aspiring to join an MBA programme offered by any Institute of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) [SIU] has to take the common, mandatory Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP)Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates aspiring to join B.A LL.B./B.B.A LL. B/BBA/BCA/BBA(IT)/B.A.(M.C)/B.Sc. (Economics) Hons./ B.A. (Liberal Arts) Hons./B.Sc. (Liberal Arts) Hons/B.Tech programmes offered by institutes / constituents of the Symbiosis International (Deemed University) [SIU] have to appear for the mandatory common entrance tests SET/SLAT/SITEEE.
