St. Thomas College of Education is one of the most prestigious institutions located in the lush vicinity of the Knowledge Park, Greater Noida. Established in 2013, the college began its operations in the academic year 2014-15 with the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. The college is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and is recognized by National Council of Teacher Education. The college envisions a passion for academic excellence. The primary objective of the college is to train teachers who can turn into world-known educators an respond to the changing trends of the society in the field of education and be creative, committed and compassionate. The college also aims in providing an innovative learning experience to the budding teachers and to make the education more interesting. Another goal of the institution is to inculcate ethical values amongst the learners and develop their sense of ethicality in their mind. Currently, a 2-year B.Ed Degree Course offered at St. Thomas’ College of Education that blends theory and practical components. Emphasizing the importance of instructional materials and teaching aids, it equips students with necessary computer literacy skills. The courses are extensively taught to sculpt the future educators in the right shape. The college has a well-educated faculty base with years of experience in the field of education and research.
