Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences

SMIMS (Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences) is a constituent college of Sikkim Manipal University, founded in 1997 initially as Central Referral Hospital. However, it wasn't until 2001 that students began enrolling in the institution. Currently, SMIMS boasts a team of 323 experienced faculty members who contribute to the academic excellence of the institution. The Central Library is well-equipped with a collection of over 17,965 books and subscribes to 151 journals, providing students with extensive academic resources. The college offers a diverse range of courses to cater to the educational needs and career aspirations of students. These courses include: 1.
