Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science (SNMV) is located in the village of Malumichampatti in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, near the famous Eachanari temple along the Coimbatore-Pollachi national highway. Established in 1989, SNMV is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. The college has flourished under the mentorship of the Coimbatore Welfare Association and has become a renowned center for learning. SNMV offers a wide range of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs, as well as research and doctoral programs. Additionally, it provides fourteen value-added courses sponsored by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Currently, the college has 3,279 students and 145 faculty members. The primary objective of SNMV is to provide quality education and contribute to the future of India by promoting development through value education. Additionally, PG programs include M.Sc in Computer Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Arts in English Literature (M.A.). In addition to the academic curriculum, SNMV places a strong emphasis on extracurricular activities.
