RVS Agriculture College is located in Thanjavur District, Usilampatti Village, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the Trichy–Thanjavur National Highway, near Sengipatti. The college is situated in the "Rice bowl of Tamil Nadu," known for its agriculture-friendly environment.
The college's campus spans 354.56 acres and includes academic buildings, a playground, hostels, dairy, sheep and goat units, piggery, poultry units, orchards, horticultural crops, agroforestry areas, wetlands, garden lands, and well-equipped laboratories.
To be eligible, candidates should have passed all the subjects in the academic stream of the Qualifying Examination with 10+2 years of schooling under the Board of Higher Secondary Education of the Government of Tamil Nadu, Central Board of Secondary Education, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, or other recognized State Government Boards or International Boards. The reservations will follow the Government of Tamil Nadu's orders at the time of admission.
