Since its founding in 2007, the famous LCRT College of Education has been run by the Lala Chet Ram Tayal Educational Society. This prestigious college was established in Lala Chet Ram Tayal's honour, a well-known social reformer and ardent supporter of secularism. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education, LCRT College of Education provides the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme, initially accepting 100 students. This capacity was later increased to 200 students by adding an additional 100 students. The college also provides a Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) programme with a 50-student intake limit. These courses are meant to give students the abilities and information they need to pursue a career in academia. The LCRT College of Education levies a little fee for each of its programmes in accordance with the regulations established by the Government of Haryana. The annual fee, excluding the examination fee, is Rs. 44,000 for the B.Ed. programme and Rs. 25,800 for the D.El.Ed. programme. This reasonable cost structure guarantees that education will continue to be available to a wide spectrum of students, enabling them to follow their aspirations of becoming teachers without being constrained by money.
