The institute was established on the 30th of April, 2014, with a vision to provide exceptional education in the fields of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering through a comprehensive three-year diploma program. Initially, it commenced operations on a temporary basis at the Government I.T.I. in Khariar Road, subsequently shifting to its permanent and well-equipped campus on the 9th of April, 2015. The campus comprises various essential structures, including administrative and academic buildings, workshops, a boys' hostel, staff quarters, and a cafeteria, designed to facilitate a conducive learning environment for students.
