The establishment of the National Law School in Bangalore marked this transformation, elevating law from one of the less attractive career paths to becoming one of the most coveted options. The idea of a national institution acting as a trailblazer and experimental ground for innovative legal education emerged before the Bar Council of India. This concept was born out of the Council's responsibility to uphold standards in professional legal education under the Advocates Act. The year 2005 saw the birth of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), a momentous event in legal education. Born from the conversion of Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa, a state agricultural university, RMLNLU emerged as a beacon of progress. Established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh through U.P.
