The crowning jewel of BPUT's campus is the Center for Advanced Post Graduate Studies, which offers a diverse range of postgraduate courses in engineering. This center, located in the southern part of the campus, specializes in disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering. The governance and administration of BPUT are overseen by the Vice-Chancellor, who plays a pivotal role in steering the university towards its goals. As of now, Prof. Chitaranjan Tripathy serves as the Vice-Chancellor of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, providing visionary leadership to the institution. Academically, BPUT offers a diverse array of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in fields such as Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Architecture, Computer Application, and Science. The admission process for these programs is facilitated through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination, ensuring a fair and merit-based selection of students.
