Why should you pursue an Executive MBA?

Executive MBA courses, often known as MBA for working professionals, emphasis teamwork in order to achieve a single goal. Students pursuing an EMBA at India's top MBA programmes will learn about management topics such as marketing, human resource management, international business, microfinance, and business law. This degree focuses on business and is particularly intended for working professionals with extensive expertise. Its primary goal is to educate potential workers, managers, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders.

Is an Executive MBA worth it?

Whether an EMBA degree program would be worthwhile depends on your set of requirements, career goals, basic needs, lifestyle, and so on. Generally, an excellent place to begin this investigation is by looking at time and money factors.

EMBA programs are not cheap. So, whether you are paying out of your pocket or being sponsored by your company, you should perform a basic return on investment (ROI) analysis to gauge if it is worthwhile financially. If you are working full-time and your company is footing the bill for your EMBA, there would be no monetary opportunity cost, but the time consideration remains.

Suppose you, as an executive, are unable to travel to clinch a transaction, meet with a customer to build new business, or remain late in the office to meet an urgent deadline because you must attend a class or complete homework instead. In this instance, you and your career may face significant opportunity costs. To determine whether an EMBA is the best option for you, carefully consider these and other variables and include them into your cost-benefit analysis.

EMBA salary

In India, executive MBA salaries range between INR 12 LPA and INR 40 LPA. However, this differs depending on past job experience. An EMBA graduate with 1-3 years of work experience earns between INR 5 LPA and INR 10 LPA, whilst those with more than 3 years of work experience are granted a salary range from INR 10 to INR 20 LPA. The Executive MBA compensation of a senior-level professional with 5+ years of work experience might range from INR 20 LPA to INR 40 LPA.
