UPSC declared the CDS 1 final results

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results for the Combined Defence Services (CDS I) exams. Candidates participated in this exam can download their results from the official website at upsc.gov.in.

How to check the result

1. Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in

2. Locate and select the Result option on the webpage

3. Enter your login credentials

4. Your result will be on the screen

5. Download and take a print out for future reference

Around 237 candidates have been shortlisted for the defence training programs, encompassing the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy. The defence training programs will welcome 158 officers at IMA, 44 at INA and 34 at Air Force Academy.

According to the official circular “The number of vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 100 for Indian Military Academy [including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificates (Army Wing) holders], 32 for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Executive Branch (General Service)/Hydro[including 06 vacancies for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval Wing) holders] and 32 for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad [03 vacancies are reserved for NCC ’C’ Certificate (AirWing) holders through NCC Special Entry].”
