UPMSP advises parents and students to avoid falling for fraud calls to boost grades

The overall passing percentage for class 10 this year was 89.55 percent, and for class 12, it was 82.60 percent.

The parents and students are being warned by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) not to fall for fraud calls.

According to the board, it was aware that parents and students are getting calls from cybercriminals claiming to be from the Uttar Pradesh board, offering them higher grades on their exams for classes 10 and 12.

The students and parents have received a warning from UPMSP to report any such calls to the board.

The exams for classes 10 and 12 were looked by the Uttar Pradesh board between February 22 and March 9. On April 20, the UP board results were released. For Class 10, the pass percentage is 89.55, while for Class 12, it is 82.60. 

The entire high school (class 10) pass rate this time has dropped little from 89.78 percent in 2023 to 89.55 percent.

Twenty-nine percent of the 55,25,308 applicants that enrolled for the year 2024 were for the high school exams, and twenty-seven percent were for the examination.
