The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released an advisory warning prospective students and parents against enrolling in any programs at Sangai International University, Churachandpur, Manipur. This advisory comes after the university was removed from the UGC's list of recognized institutions.
In an official statement, the UGC declared, "Sangai International University, Churachandpur, Manipur has been delisted from the UGC under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. Consequently, the university is now barred from offering any UGC-recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD degrees."
