UGC NET exam date has been rescheduled

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed its examination schedule for UGC NET June 2024 examinations.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the UGC NET exam from August 27 to August 26, 2024, on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami.

Step by Step guide to download City Intimation Slip

Step 1: Visit the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: Find the City Intimation link on the homepage

Step 3: Enter your login credentials

Step 4: Your city intimation slip will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Save it for future reference

The examination will be conducted in CBT format from August 21 to September 4, 2024. The timing for the examination will be 9 am to 12 pm and 3 to 6 pm. The city intimation slip is released in advance so students can prepare their travel and accommodation plans. Remember city intimation slip is not the admit card, Admit Card will release 2-3 days prior to the examination.

The UGC NET this year will consist of 83 subjects, including Hindi, English, kannada,Tamil,Oriya, Punjabi , Sanskrit and other ranging from traditional languages to modern disciples like Journalism and Mass communication.

The National Testing Agency has released an official notification stating, on account of Shri Krishna Janmashtami NTA has decided to reschedule the examination of August 26 to August 27, 2024.

Applicants who haven't downloaded their city intimation slip candidates download the same vy visiting the official website. Only this examination date has been rescheduled else everything as per schedule. Candidates are advised to check the website regularly to not miss any notification or deadline.
