The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) has released the city intimation slip for June session. The slips have been released for three exam dates – August 21,22 and 23, 2024. Candidates can download the exam city slip from the official website of UGC NET at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

How to download city intimation slip

Step 1: Visit the official website of UGC NET at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: Locate the link on the homepage and click on Advance City Intimation link

Step 3: Enter your login credentials along with displayed captcha

Step 4: Your exam city intimation slip will be visible on the screen

Step 5: Save and print the hard copy for future reference

 

The examination will be held in computer-based test format from August 21 to September 4, 2024 for 83 subjects. It will be held in two shifts: the first shift will be from 9 to 12 noon and the second shift will be from 3 to 6 p.m.

 

The UGC NET this year will cover 83 subjects which includes Arabic, English, Hindi, Kannada, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tamil and many others ranging from traditional languages to modern disciplines like Journalism and Mass Communication.

 

The city intimation slip will reveal the exam centre, allowing students to prepare their travel and accommodation plans. The admit cards are expected to be released 2-3 days prior to the exam.
