The Union Public Service Commission will close the application window for filling out DAF I for the UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2024 on July 12, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Qualified candidates must complete Detailed Application Form I on the UPSC official website at upsc.gov.in before the deadline.

"All candidates who have qualified for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024, need to log in through One Time Registration (OTR) on the Commission's website to fill out their Detailed Application Form I.

After logging in through OTR, candidates must fill in the required details in DAF-I, upload relevant documents, and submit the form by 6:00 pm on 12.07.2024," stated the official notice.

Candidates failing to submit their DAF-I completely by the deadline will have their candidature cancelled and will not be eligible for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024.

Step 1: Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the OTR link on the homepage.

Step 4: Complete the DAF form and click on submit.
Step 5: Download and retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

The Civil Services Main Examination 2024 is scheduled for September 20, 2024, comprising a Written Examination and an Interview/Personality Test for eligible candidates who cleared the prelims, the results of which were declared on July 1, 2024.
