The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu has released the first provisional rank list on August 19, 2024. The process of registration was for all eligible students who wish to secure admission to MBBS and BDS courses in medical government, private, and dental institutions. The students can check their admission updates on the official website. https://tnmedicalselection.net/

Admissions to the  TN NEET UG were based on the candidate’s preference list, score, and rank achieved in the entrance examination. 
 Candidates began the process by registering themselves on the official website. They uploaded the required documents paid a registration fee and created a preference list. 

Here is how to check the provisional Rank list of TN NEET UG 2024:


Step 1: Go to the official website. 

Step 2: Go to the category of UG COurses

Step 3: Click on the notification of the Provisional List of Candidates allotted in the MBBS/BDS course for the 2024-2025 session 

Step 4: Check your name in the PDf list 

Step 5: Download the document for future reference 

The Diroctorate has also released the provisional list under different quotas as well. The quota included: Management quota, government quota, and Tamil Nadu Government School Quota. 
As the provisional list has been released, the candidates' allotted seats are required to pay the tuition fee and keep the provisional allotment document. 


The official notice states that the candidate is required to report to the head of the institution allotted by the given date and time. If the candidate fails to do so, their admission will stand canceled without any further notice.
