SSC MTS 2024 exam has rescheduled dates of Karnataka Kerala region for a few candidates due to administrative reasons. SSC has revoked the candidature of some candidates after their application photos were matched with other candidates.
The official circular states, “In case of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2024, it has been noted that a few candidates’ application photos are matching with those of other candidates. Thus, considering such applications as duplicate applications the candidature of those candidates have been canceled in accordance with Pt 25 (i) of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2024 notification.
The vacancies of MTS have been raised to 6,144 from 4,887, which will provide more opportunities to the candidates. As a result, the number of vacancies including MTS and Havaldar is now total of 9,583, which has reached higher as compared to earlier. The SSC implements age relaxation provision for candidates belonging to reserved categories, guaranteeing a fair chance for all qualified candidates.
