The State Bank of India (SBI) organization invited applications for the 12th Batch of the SBI Youth for India Fellowship programme. The last date to register for the same is, September 17,2024. The foundation is inviting overseas citizens of Nepal and Bhutan and as well as internal candidates from SBI for the same.
The duration of the programme is 13 months. In this time the fresh graduates and young professionals will get to collaborate with rural communities, along with 13NGOs across the nation. The programme is carefully designed to have utmost learning.

The list includes , health, rural livelihood, food security, environmental protection, water, technology, education , women's empowerment, self-governance, traditional craft and alternate energy.
The candidates who are selected will get to work on any of the 12 thematic areas mentioned above , as per their interest
The Managing director and CEO at SBI Foundation, Sanjay Prakash highlighted that SBI Youth for India program will provide a unique opportunity for urban youth to actively contribute to the development sector while addressing the challenges of rural life.
He added “With 10 successful editions behind us and the 11th underway, our program remains dedicated to empowering youth to create meaningful change in rural communities. This initiative is a beacon of hope for those eager to shape a brighter future for both themselves and rural India.”
