RRB paramedical staff application process opens soon

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will commence the application process of Railway Paramedical Staff Recruitment on August 17, 2024. Candidates can apply for the several post, which includes paramedical roles such as Nursing Superintendent, Radiographer, Optometrist and Pharmacist from the official websites of indianrailways.gov.in or rrbapply.gov.in until September 16, 2024.

Step 1: Visit the official website at indianrailways.gov.in

Step 2: locate and click on the RRB Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2024 link

Step 3: Go to the “Apply Online” tab

Step 4: Pay the fee and submit the form

Step 5: Save and Print the form for future reference

Eligibility Criteria & Fee Payment

To be eligible, educational qualifications and age limits may vary for each position. Applicants are advised to regularly check the website for detailed criteria for the respective positions.  The application process for General, OBC and EWS categories: Rs 500 (400 refundable upon CBT appearance) and for SC, ST, Ex Servicemen, PwBd, Female, Transgender and EBC is Rs 250 (fully refundable upon CBT appearance).

Selection Process:

• Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates will take Computer Based Test assessing Professional Ability, General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning.

• Document Verification: Candidates who past the CBT will be required to submit their necessary documents for verification.

• Medical Examination: After document verification, candidates will undergo a medical examination to meet the physical requirements.

• Clinical Psychologist: 7 vacancies

• Physiotherapist Grade II: 20 vacancies

• Cardiac Technician: 4 vacancies

• ECG Technician: 13 vacancies

• Speech Therapist: 1 vacancy
