The number of test cities has been increased to accommodate more students due to the growing popularity and demand of the XAT exam. In order to ensure more accessibility and convenience, this expansion is a response to the increased interest from aspirants. As part of XAT 2025, candidates will have greater freedom in selecting their test facilities as they can choose up to six favorite cities, according to the official press release.
Anantapur, Arrah, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Bilaspur, Mehsana, Baddi, Chikkaballapur, Davanagere, Hazaribagh, Hisar, Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Kurukshetra, Shimla, Ajmer, Balasore, Bikaner, Dhenkanal, Jodhpur, Kolhapur, Nanded, Patiala, Sikar, Ujjain, Karimnagar, Salem, Vellore, Aligarh, Bareilly, Haldwani, Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar, and Kalyani are some of the recently added locations.
On September 28 and 29, candidates who have already turned in their exam forms will have the chance to modify and choose additional test cities as a result of the test city enlargement. Starting on September 28, candidates who have not yet applied will have the choice of choosing from the new test cities.
Registration for XAT 2025 commenced on July 15. Candidates can submit their applications via xatonline.in, the official XAT website. All candidates must pay a registration fee of Rs. 2200, and those wishing to enroll for XLRI programs must pay an extra Rs. 200 per programme. Online payment options for credit/debit cards, net banking, and IMPS are available.
It is recommended that candidates make use of the chance to choose the test cities of their choice on September 28–29 during the modification period.
