Registration for GATE 2025 concludes tommorow

The registration for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 concludes tomorrow, September 26. Interested candidates may fill out an online form at gate2025.iitr.ac.in, the official website, if they haven't registered yet.

This year's GATE is scheduled to take place in February 2025 using computer-based testing (CBT) and will be hosted by Indian Institutes of Technology Roorkee. On August 28, GATE 2025 registration opened.GATE 2025 will have a total of 30 test papers comprising full papers and sectional papers. The registration cost is Rs. 1,800 for foreign nationals as well as all other candidates, with the exception of ladies, SC, ST, and PwD candidates, who pay Rs. 900.The GATE 2025 application form can be completed until October 7 with the payment of a late charge if the candidate does not submit it by tomorrow.

GATE 2025: Application steps

1. Go to the official website
2. Select 'APPLY NOW' from applications menu
3. Enter your contact information, the papers you wish to appear for, your postal address, the cities where the exam will be held, and the specifics of your degree of qualification.
4. Upload a scanned copy of your ID, your signature, your category certificate, and, if relevant, your PwD certificate.
5. Fill the details of valid government id and bank details
6. Complete the payment process
7. Print the GATE 2025 application form and verify its status.

The photo on your GATE 2025 admit card and scorecard will be the same as you upload during your application form.

Before submitting their application, candidates are urged to check it carefully for errors. An upload of a current, clear photo is required, as it will be displayed on the scorecard and admission card of the GATE 2025, which is scheduled for publication in January 2025.
