The Parul University situated in Vadodara hosted International Staff Teaching and Training Week 2024.
The Parul University situated in Vadodara hosted International Staff Teaching and Training Week 2024. It was the event which aimed at increasing cooperation with foreign institutions and to promote internationalization. It was a week long programme. The theme of the programme was Developing Competencies.
It brought educators , administrators, and even representatives from various global institutions to have discussions on globalisation,student exchange and multicultural education.
The event included workshops, presentations, and cultural activities, it fostered discussions on cross-cultural competency and international research partnerships. The significant speakers included global education leaders like Dr Hubertus Johannes Forschelen , from the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, Germany, and Ms Mavlyuda Narmuratovna Mirzayeva from Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies, Uzbekistan, among others.
Participants had opportunities for professional development and networking. They explored strategies for improving global education and student mobility.

We are grateful to all the delegates, speakers, and participants who contributed to making this event a remarkable experience.”
The program was an insightful and enlightening experience which focused on broadning perspectives on global education. It mentioned how institutions can collaborate to improve internationalisation efforts while enriching the student and staff experience.
