The question paper will be purely objective type with multiple choices, there will be 100 questions carrying one mark each and there will be negative marking for each incorrect answer. The paper shall be completed within two hours and no marks shall be deducted for any un-attempted questions.
The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,360 vacancies for various roles in this esteemed organisation. The eligibility criteria for these roles, the candidate must have passed the Matriculation Examination, with Odia as one of the subjects in matriculation and the age of the candidate should be between 18 and 23 as on January 1, 2024. Relaxation will be given to the upper age candidates.
There will be four stages for the selection of these posts, first Computer based test, then undergo the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), a Driving test and lastly a medical test.
Women, Transgenders and persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) are not eligible for these roles. Following, candidates can only register for one battalion which later won’t be rectified and there is no application fee for this exam.
