The University of Delhi (DU) announced the second cut-off list on August 30 for admissions to BA (programme) and BCom courses of the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB), for the academic year 2024-2025. All qualified students can check the cut-off at the official website of Delhi University (DU) — du.ac.in.
Online admissions will be starting on August 31 (Saturday). Information about the cut-off percentage of marks (second admission list) at which various centers will give admission to the following courses.
The cut-off for the General category of BCom at Jesus and Mary College (JMC) is 70, 85 for Hansraj College, 83 for Miranda House, 73 for SGGSC of Commerce, 69 for Maitreyi College. The detailed category-wise cut-off for all associated colleges is now available at the official Delhi University website. A similar cut-off list for BA programme has also been announced at the official DU website.
Meanwhile, the Delhi University finally started this year's academic session on August 29 after a small delay in the start of the 2024–25 academic year. The CUET UG 2024 results were used for admission this year as well.
As per the data provided by the varsity, so far, nearly 68,000 students have enrolled for the 1559 programmes offered by the 69 colleges and departments of the Delhi University. While the academic session has begun, applications are still being accepted, and the third seat distribution list will be released shortly.
Due to the delayed release of the Common University Entrance Test, Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024, the session was originally scheduled to start on August 1.
