The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has closed the choice filling option for the stray vacancy round today, October 26, 2024. According to the schedule the processing of seat allotment shall be done between October 26 to October 28, 2024, with the seat allotment result to be announce on October 30.

Further, after the declaration of seat allotment result candidates shall report to their assigned colleges by November 5, 2024. Candidates must complete the reporting process and document verification to secure their admission in the stipulated timeframe.
Following are the documents needed during admission process with both original and a set of photocopies:

NEET Rank Card
Photo Identification Proof (Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter Id, Ration Card or Pan Card)
Birth Certificate
Class 10 Marksheet and Certificate
Class 12 Marksheet and Certificate
Category Certificate (if applicable)
EWS Certificate (if applicable)
Six passport sized photographs
Provisional Allotment Letter
Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
According to the official notice, " This is hereby informed that in due compliance of the court directions, as passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in "W.P No. 36967 of 2024 in the matter of "Namitha C. N vs Medical Counselling Committee & Ors.", 01 seat of Sri Lakshmi Narayan Institute of Medical Science Kudapakkam Post, Villianur, Puducherry (Institute Code- 200380) is being added in the Stray Vacancy Round of NEET UG Counselling, 2024."
Candidates allotted seats in the stray vacancy round will have to accept and join he assigned college, failing to do so will lead to the disqualification from the next NEET exam.
