Infosys Partners with University of Cambridge to Launch AI Lab

Modern research and innovation projects will also be sparked by this new lab.

In order to assist customers in accelerating innovation and utilizing emerging technologies to future-proof their businesses, Infosys, a provider of next-generation digital services and consultancy, today presented its new and enlarged Living Labs, which are a part of a worldwide network of over 12 established centers.

In order to use the potential of AI to benefit customers, academia, and students, Infosys today announced a partnership with the University of Cambridge to launch a new AI Lab.

By establishing a collaborative AI Lab, the education and research partnership with the University of Cambridge will leverage both Cambridge University's top-notch research and teaching capabilities and Infosys industrial experience and real-world AI application to help solve pressing issues. Modern research and innovation projects will also be sparked by this new lab.

Infosys Living Labs, situated in Canary Wharf, London's famous banking district, will allow clients and partners to experience a convergence of digital technology, business insights, and human interaction. It will serve as a center for innovation activities, utilizing frameworks, digital experiences, solution accelerators, and industry solutions to generate, develop, and test innovative concepts.

Enterprise AI, where customers can observe AI-driven digital transformation in action, will be a major focus at the Living Labs. This includes Infosys Cobalt, a cloud-based solution that helps businesses create scalable and reliable digital infrastructures, and Infosys Topaz, an AI-first offering that uses generative AI technology. Infosys Living Labs will assist organizations in developing and executing their digital transformation strategies through interactive demonstrations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.

Feryal Clark, the Minister of Digital Government and AI for the United Kingdom, Professor Colm-cille Caulfield, the head of the University of Cambridge's Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, and more than 100 guests, including clients and partners, celebrated the opening of the Living Labs with a tour of the space and a live demonstration of its capabilities.
