ICAI to start free live sessions

The Institute of Charted Accountant of India is all set to begin with providing free live sessions. The sessions will commence from September 9,2024. It will provide material for intermediatory exam preparation for May 2025.

The concept is conducted by the Board of Studies (BoS).The sessions will include the following elements to enhance the learning for aspirants

-Live Lectures – The session will include organizing of live lectures by the experts

-Interactive Doubt-solving-To make the sessions engaging and effective, interactive sessions will also be planned

-Access to recorded lessons -Apart from providing the live sessions and Q and A session, the candidates will also have access to the recorded lessons

The virtual lessons will be organized in three sessions. Beginning from, the first session from 7:00 in the morning till 9: 30AM.Second session at 2:30PM to 5:00PM and lastly 6:30PM till 8:00PM. The lessons will be of two- and half-hour duration. The candidates will have access to class links and notifications through the official website of the ICAI.

As per the information, on September 9 ,2024, the session will focus on subjects like corporate laws and advanced accounting while the next day , September 10,2024 the session will cover cost management, accounting and auditing ethics.

Moreover, the ICAI will also organize revision classes for the upcoming exam in January 2025, beginning from September 25,2024 till October 1,2024. The live interactive sessions will be taught by the expert faculty. It will be accessible from anywhere, the students get recorded lectures

Additionally, ICAI will hold revision classes for the January 2025 exams from 25th September to 1st October. These live, interactive sessions, delivered by experienced faculty, will be accessible from anywhere, and students will have unlimited access to the recorded lectures.

The ICAI is a statutory body established by the constitution of India. The functions of the Institute of the are prescribing qualifications for membership, holding examination and arranging practical training of candidates, enrolment of members, publication and maintenance of register of members qualified and so on.
